At Sunbeam Vintage, we want you to love your unique finds; however, if a piece doesn't fit your space, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on eligible items. Please note that vintage pieces are sold 'as-is' and may exhibit character marks consistent with their age.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely wrapped; for new manufactured items, all original packaging must be intact.
Arrange Transportation
Drop off the item at our showroom or coordinate with our approved couriers; please note that original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects the item and confirms its condition, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
